1. On-Demand Services
Bookings for day passes, desk bundles or meeting rooms made through the Website are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Users may reschedule bookings, subject to availability and applicable rules displayed at the time of booking.
2. Virtual Office Services
Virtual office plans booked through the Website cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Termination requests shall be processed only upon submission of valid proof of business deregistration or change of registered address, as applicable.
3. Events
Event bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Users are advised to review event details carefully before confirming payment.
You agree not to misuse the Website, including but not limited to attempting unauthorised access, transmitting harmful code, misrepresenting identity, or using the Website for unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes.
We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the Website in case of violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
